英语里的“一脸懵逼”是怎么表达的？
1)语言的表达是丰富的，也是不断变化的，“一义多说”现象普遍存在，即使是同一语言内部也是如此。掌握这个规律对于我们学习英语很有帮助。
中文里的“一脸懵逼”是“时代感”比较强的说法，其实它就是原来的“一头雾水”，“百思不得其解”，“一脸茫然”等等同义词的“翻版”，意思基本一样。
2)英语的学习又应该从“习得”开始，也就是应该多从英语语言环境的体验开始，要求我们多读英语，多体验英语，是先有英语，然后才有“中文的某个意思用英语怎么说？”然而，我们的英语学习多半是根本没有任何英语体验，一开始就是从中文问：这个英语怎么说？

中文有“一义多说”，英语同样有。这些英语表达的都是同一个意思，说哪个都行。

这里的you are puzzled,you are doubtful, or you are uncertain, or you are having trouble in understanding something全是“一脸懵逼，一头雾水，百思不得其解，不知所云，一脸茫然”的意思，你说哪个都可以。
To shrug (your shoulders)西方人特有的“耸肩”动作，就是“一脸懵逼，一头雾水，百思不得其解，不知所云，一脸茫然”的意思：I don"t understand what you are talking about.
