LLA为日本永旺集团设计的永旺奥特莱斯购物城THE OUTLETS HIROSHIMA是一个露天购物中心。项目坐落于日本广岛市周边的山地之上,作为日本中四国地区最大级别的奥特莱斯购物中心,永旺奥特莱斯购物城拥有时装、娱乐、美食等200多家多业态店铺,为广岛市居民及游客提供购物、餐饮、和休闲娱乐的场所。
考虑到项目场地位于一片地形独特的高地,我们创造了一个适合该地形的分层式购物中心。通往上层购物区的户外大型阶梯配合阶梯式绿化景观,既适应了场地高差,又形成了宏伟宽阔的设计元素。通过设计师的用心打造,将不利的场地条件转变成融合周边环境的独特设计。
The center sits on a site with exceptional topography creating a mall that has split levels fit to the site. The difficult site was taken as an opportunity to design something uniquely fit to the surrounding. The difference in height is accommodated by large stairs that lead to the upper shopping area. These large stairs become design elements that are grand and wide with planters terracing down.
在奥特莱斯的入口,我们应用了错落有致的折叠平面设计理念,这个折叠式的框架结构采用木材覆盖,为入口顶篷和阶梯营造出一种现代,独特的设计语言,也为入口指示牌提供了区域。在夜间,入口处的木质折叠式平面被灯光点亮,营造出温暖的现代感,与山间环境相得益彰。
The design concept of a continuous folding plane serves to frame the stairs and entrances to the mall. This folding plane is covered in wood and creates a contemporary, singular design language for the entrances that acts as a canopy and wraps to create areas for integrated signage. At night, the folded wood planes at the entrances are up-lit, creating a warm contemporary presence that complements its mountainous setting.
